A Blocked user will not be able to see your profile unless they log out and use a different account. A Muted user will be able to see your posts and reposts. However, you do not see their posts in your timeline. They can still Repost, Quote Repost, and Like your posts.
How do I view and manage my Blocked/Muted List?
App (iOS and Android):
Tap the Setting icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Privacy.
Here, you will see a list of all the accounts you have muted and blocked. You can easily manage and choose to unmute or unblock any of the accounts.
